The service was good. The food was sub-par. Had the blueberry pancakes and they were burned. The quiche of the day was re-heated breakfast casserole that was still cold. The fresh fruit bowl was canned fruit cocktail. Very disappointed.
Take care of customers make them feel good
No customer services skills at all sad kind of rude. They got busy and had a panic attack sent people next door and was rude about it
Nice little restaurant. Food is always good and staff is friendly.
Passing through Buffalo, we got the three-appetizer special and shared it. Magnificent. And they had molded and a waitress who was sweet as pie. The place was so good in fact that we turned back from Kaycee to Buffalo again to have breakfast here.
They do function of job but have lost what the essence of the job is!!!
Poor customer service, my table was sticky, took 15 minutes to get water. The waitresses were mad at each other. I ordered chicken "strips" which came out and were more like chicken "bits." Three teeny tiny pieces of mostly breading. Fries were okay. Waaaaayyy overpriced but the only place open on sundays in buffalo. Will never recommend or go back.
