Took 4 pigs to them last fall. Delicious meat--bacon, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, roasts, hams, and chops. Professional service. Will be going back to them this year.
The smoked pork chops are the best and whenever I roll through Buffalo these days to visit family in MT I always make a stop with an empty cooler to fill up.
Have used Jeff and the team at Big Horn extensively for both wild game processing and domestic meat purchase over the last 20 years. There is a reason I don't hesitate to drop antelope, deer, elk, or moose with Jeff and his staff. I know it will be taken care of as well if not better than I took care of it in the field.
